Hi there! I'm Emily, a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Therapist. I fell in love with food at a young age and fiercely adhere to the philosophy that All Foods Fit. I am proud to share that I am a Non-Diet Dietitian and utilize a trauma-informed, Health At Every Size® approach. My practice specializes in the treatment of eating disorders/disordered eating, body image concerns, digestive health and hormonal dysfunction. I am passionate about helping others heal their relationship with food and body. Your body and mind are unique - I personalize my approach and treatment plans to fit YOUR individual lifestyle needs.
Emily Stewart, MPH, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Therapist licensed to treat clients in PA, NJ, and FL. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master's of Public Health from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. After completing the RD program at Rutgers University, Emily worked as a Clinical Dietitian for both Penn at Princeton and RWJ University hospitals specializing in the treatment of Eating Disorders at the Inpatient, Partial and Intensive Outpatient levels of care.
Emily has extensive experience and training in treating all eating disorders (AN, BN, BED, ARFID, OSFED, RED-S, Orthorexia, etc) while taking into consideration elevated risk for co-occuring conditions. Additionally, Emily's solid clinical background provides the foundation to manage a wide variety of health conditions, with an emphasis on digestive wellness and GI disorders. After years spent at the first hospital in New Jersey to open a primary care center dedicated to the needs of the LGBTQ+ community (Babs Siperstein PROUD Center), Emily is committed to providing trauma-informed, inclusive, and gender-affirming care.
Currently, Emily works with clients in her private practice (offering virtual and in-person services) while also maintaining her position as a University-based Nutrition Therapist treating students struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating behaviors.
