Hello, I'm Emily, a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Therapist. From my earliest memories, food has been my passion, igniting a love affair that continues to shape my journey today. I understand the complexities and challenges that come with navigating our relationship with food and our bodies. That's why I wholeheartedly embrace the belief that All Foods Fit.
In my practice, I walk alongside you on your unique path toward healing. I'm not just a dietitian; I'm a compassionate ally who sees beyond numbers on a scale or labels on food packages. I approach each client with empathy, understanding that behind every struggle with food lies a deeply personal story.
As a Non-Diet Dietitian, I reject harmful diet culture and instead embrace a holistic, Health At Every Size® approach. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make choices that honor your well-being.
Whether you're battling an eating disorder, struggling with food allergies/sensitivities or facing digestive or hormonal challenges, know that you're not alone. I am here to offer support, guidance, and expertise tailored to your individual needs.
Your journey toward healing begins with a single step: reaching out. I invite you to take that courageous step today. Together, we can work towards fostering a healthier relationship with food, body, and self. Your story matters, and I'm here to help you rewrite it with compassion and resilience.
